Ask the help bot

It answers from the help pages. It is not a person and not an AI. If it cannot help, it passes your question to me by email.

Your question

Your first hour: sign in, add a product, approve your first draft
What is Crierwick?
Does anything go out without me?
Do I need to be good with computers?
Can I use it for more than one business?
Can my team use it?
Will it sound like me?
Where do the facts in a draft come from?
Can I make my own helper?
Which social networks does it post to?
How much does it cost?
How is usage counted?
What happens when my monthly amount runs out?
Can I get my money back?
How do I cancel?
Where is my data kept?
My sign-in link does not work
My invite link does not work
My draft has not appeared
A job says Not run
My AI key was refused
Nothing was posted or sent
Setup could not read my website
I cannot change something in a workspace
“This sign-in link has already been used.”
“This sign-in link is more than 30 minutes old.”
“This sign-in link is not one this app made.”
“There have been too many tries from your address.”
“This invite link has already been used.”
“Only the workspace owner can do that.”
“That does not look like an Anthropic API key.”
“Anthropic refused this key.”
“Crierwick's AI is paused at the moment.”
“Not run: this workspace has used … of its … tokens of Crierwick's AI this month.”
“This product has no checked facts, so no draft can be written for it.”
“A draft is already being written for this product.”
“Only the newest saved version can be approved.”
“That is not a web address.”
“You have read sites 10 times this hour.”
