How it works
Four steps to your first approved post
The first is one short form. After that, your part is reading and approving.
- Set up your business. Add your logo and Crierwick picks out your colours. Say how you talk to customers and add the facts you want your helpers to use: your prices, opening hours, what you sell. Each business gets its own workspace, and you can add your team by email.
- Your helpers draft the work. Ask for something, or let them run on a timer: a month of posts, an article a week, a welcome email for every new customer.
- You read and approve. Every draft lands in one review inbox. Approve it as it is, or change it first. Approved work goes out at the time you set. Nothing you have not approved ever goes out. In my tests approved work went to a test outbox that shows exactly what would go out. Your own accounts connect at launch.
- You see what was done. Every job, every draft and every earlier version is kept. A usage page shows how much of your month you have used, and you get a warning before you reach the limit.
What you stay in charge of
- Every post, email and reply is approved by you first.
- Your brand kit: the voice, the colours and the words your helpers must never use.
- Your monthly limit, which stops new work rather than charging you more.
- Which AI model each job uses.
Fill in your brand kit once, then ask for a first draft.
