Terms of service
Last changed 27 October 2026. These terms are between you and me, Benjamin Iannotta, trading as Crierwick from the UK.
1. Who it is for
Crierwick is for businesses and for people working for a business. You must be 18 or over. Crierwick is open to people I invite.
2. Your account
You sign in with a one-time link and no password. Keep the link private: anyone who holds it can use it, once, within 30 minutes, and sign in as you. You are responsible for the people you add to your workspace and for what they do in it.
3. Using the services
The services draft text, pictures and other work with an AI model. A draft can be wrong. Read every draft before you approve it. Nothing is sent or posted until a person approves its exact words. Once you approve a piece of work, it is yours, and you are responsible for what it says and where it goes.
You connect your own accounts, such as your email service and your LinkedIn. You must follow those services' own rules. A service can refuse, hold back or remove something, and I do not control that. Where LinkedIn does not allow me to post for you, I give you the post to download and post yourself.
4. What you must not do
You must not use Crierwick to:
- send spam: email or messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you, or who have asked you to stop;
- publish anything false or misleading about your business, your prices or anyone else;
- post fake reviews, or pretend to be another person or business;
- make anything unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexual;
- copy other people's words, pictures or brands without the right to use them;
- collect data from websites against their own rules, or break into or overload any system, this one included;
- resell access to Crierwick without my written agreement.
The services write only from the checked facts attached to your product, and a draft that breaks your own post rules is held back. That does not make you less responsible: you approve what goes out.
5. Fair use
Your plan includes a monthly amount of work. The prices page counts it in tasks, and the AI usage page in the app shows what has been used. When the limit is reached, new work stops until the next month, and you are warned before you get there. I may also slow or pause an account that harms the service for others, for example by starting thousands of jobs at once or by running jobs through scripts. I tell you first, unless the harm is happening at that moment.
6. Fees and billing
Prices are on the prices page, and VAT is added where it applies. The plan is paid monthly in advance and runs month to month. Payment is taken by a payment company on my behalf. I never see your card number. The price you will pay when the plan renews is shown at the button where you buy. If I raise the price, I email you at least 30 days before, and you can cancel before the new price applies. Payment is not switched on yet.
The free start is the amount of work and the days shown on the prices page. It takes no card, and nothing is taken when it ends.
7. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time. Nothing more is taken, and you keep the service to the end of the month you paid for. How refunds work is on the refunds page.
8. Your content
What you put in, and the work you approve, belongs to you. You let me store it and process it, including by sending it to the companies named in the privacy notice, only to run Crierwick for you. You promise that you have the right to use what you put in, including other people's details.
9. If something goes wrong
I run Crierwick with care, but I cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.
I am not responsible for what a post or email you approved leads to, or for a draft you approved that was wrong. I am not responsible when a service such as LinkedIn or your email provider refuses, holds back or removes something.
If I let you down in any other way, the most I will pay you is what you paid me for Crierwick in the 12 months before it happened. If you have paid me nothing, I owe you nothing for that kind of loss. That limit does not cover anything the law does not let me limit. I do not limit what I owe for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, or for fraud.
10. Ending an account
I may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, and I tell you why. You can end yours by writing to me, and I delete your workspace as the privacy notice describes.
11. Changes
If I change these terms in a way that matters to you, I email you before the change applies.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts decide any dispute.
