Refunds and cancelling

Last changed 27 October 2026. Payment is not switched on yet. This is how it will work when it is.

Your first payment: 14 days

If Crierwick is not right for you, tell me within 14 days of your first payment and I give that payment back in full. This holds whether or not you used Crierwick in those days. Your plan ends when I make the refund.

To ask, email hello@crierwick.com from the address you signed up with. The refund goes back to the card you paid with.

The 14 days is my own promise to every customer. It does not take away any right the law gives you.

After the first 14 days

You can cancel at any time. Nothing more is taken, and you keep the service to the end of the month you paid for. A month you have already paid for is not given back.

The free start

The free start takes no card, so nothing is taken when it ends. You choose a plan if you want one.

The price you pay

The price shown where you buy is the price you pay each month until you cancel, or until I give you 30 days' notice of a change, as the terms say.
