From your facts to a post on the right day

  1. Fill in your brand kit once

Your logo, your colours, the way you talk, and the facts the helpers may use.

  2. The helpers write the drafts

Posts, articles, emails, replies and lead lists all land in one review inbox.

  3. You approve, and it goes out on time

Approved work goes out at the time you set. Anything you have not approved stays put.

In my tests approved work went to a test outbox that shows exactly what would go out. Your own accounts connect at launch.

Every draft waits for your tick

Each helper puts its work in the same review inbox. Nothing leaves it until you approve it.

A drawing of the review inbox, not a recording. Drafts arrive, wait for you, and are ticked approved when you say yes.

What all six helpers share

  • One review inbox

Every draft from every helper waits in one place for your yes.

  • Your brand kit

Your logo, colours and voice, and the words you never want used.

  • A workspace per business

Run more than one business, and add your team by email.

  • Work on a timer

Next week's posts on Monday, an article a week, a welcome email for each new customer.

  • A monthly limit

A usage page and a warning before you reach your limit. No surprise charge.

  • Every version kept

Every draft and every earlier version is kept, so you can go back.

Also in every plan

  • Market research briefs with every claim linked to its source
  • A weekly watch on your competitors' pages, saying what changed in plain words
  • A growth plan and a launch plan with a checklist
  • A weekly review of your Google Ads account, with pauses and budget changes proposed for you to approve Tested with a practice account export. It writes the changes to a file you load into Google Ads yourself.
  • A connection to Google Analytics, and a weekly report from it for you to approve Tested with practice figures. Your own account connects at launch.
  • Booking links for meetings, notes of what was said and the action points
  • Weekly figures, trends and a revenue forecast from your own spreadsheet
  • Payment reminders that never go to someone who has paid
  • Your own helpers, built by answering a few questions, with their own rules
  • One review inbox for every draft, from every helper
  • A workspace per business, with your team added by email
  • A monthly limit on AI use, with a warning before you reach it
  • A phone helper that greets callers, answers only from what it knows, takes messages and passes urgent calls on, with every call written down Tested with a practice call on my computer. A real phone number connects at launch.
  • Help with contracts: explains one you upload, quotes risky clauses word for word and drafts changes as a marked-up copy, always saying it is not legal advice
  • Downloads a supplier's invoice from their website each month, files it, and asks you before paying, sending or deleting anything Tested with a practice supplier website. Nothing real was contacted or paid.

Tested on my own business first

No reviews yet, because there are no customers yet. These are the test results.

51

services passed a like-for-like test on JobSweep, my own job search site. Each one did every job a competitor's version does.

182

separate jobs passed inside those tests, from planning a month of posts to drafting a reply.

Counted from the same results. Tested with practice accounts and a test outbox.

Asked before people start

What is Crierwick?

Six helpers that draft your marketing: social posts, blog articles, emails, lead lists and replies, plus a website helper. You approve everything before it goes out.

Does anything go out without me?

No. Every draft waits in your review inbox until you approve it. A post or email you have not approved never goes.

Do I need to be good with computers?

No. You fill in a short form about your business once, then you read drafts and press approve.

Can I use it for more than one business?

Yes. Each business gets its own workspace, and nothing in one can be seen from another.

Can my team use it?

Yes. Add people by email. They can work in the workspace; only you can add people or change the monthly limit.

Let the helpers write next week's posts.

Each draft waits for your yes before it goes anywhere.

From £3.20 a month plus VAT for 160 tasks on your own AI key, or £5.60 with Crierwick's AI. Not on sale yet.
