Help: your first hour
What to do first, in order. Last changed 27 October 2026. If anything here does not match what you see on your screen, tell me at hello@crierwick.com and I put it right.
1. Sign in
- Open the app and go to Sign in. Type your email address and press Make my sign-in link.
- Press the one-time link that is made for you. It works once, for 30 minutes. If it has run out, press Ask for another link.
- There is no password. When you are finished, press Sign out.
2. Make a workspace
A workspace holds one business's work. Nobody outside it can open what is in it. On Your workspaces, type a name under New workspace and press Make workspace. To add someone, open the workspace, go to Members and press Add member. An owner can add editors.
3. Add a product and its facts
- In the workspace, under Products, type a name, pick the Checked facts for it, set the AI limit (tokens a month) and press Add product.
- Open the product. Under Facts the draft may use, read the facts. A service writes only from the checked facts attached to your product, so it does not make up a price, a review or a promise.
- Under Brief, fill in Audience, Goal, Tone and What the reader should do, then press Save brief.
4. Run a service
Open Services, pick one, and press Run on the job you want. Some jobs need a draft approved first, and the page says which. If a job says it is waiting for AI, it starts by itself when there is room. An owner can press Schedule it to repeat a job, and Stop to end the schedule.
5. Approve in the review inbox
Everything a service makes for you to send or post lands in the Review inbox. Open each one, read it, then press Approve or Reject. Approval is tied to the exact words you read: if the words change, you approve again. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
6. The outbox
An approved item moves to the Outbox, where you can see exactly what would go out and press Download exactly what would go out. A post or email leaves only when its connection is switched on and its time has come. Where LinkedIn does not allow me to post for you, the outbox gives you the post to download and post yourself.
7. Keys and connections
Your own email key and your LinkedIn connection belong to your workspace and to nobody else's. There is no screen for adding them yet: write to me and I add them with you. Never paste a key into an email or a message.
8. Post rules
On the workspace page, the Post rules card sets how every post is written: a picture on every post, a tone written as your business, claims checked against how your product really behaves, posts about limits held back unless you allow them, and a month's plan that covers every feature on your fact list.
9. See what you have used
Open AI usage to see what has been used this month and the limit. When the limit is reached, new work stops until next month, and nothing more is charged.
10. If something looks wrong
Write to me at hello@crierwick.com and say which workspace and which page you were on. Questions about your data, refunds and cancelling are on the contact page.
Still stuck? Write to me.
