What is kept
- Your email address, and the email addresses of people you add to your workspace.
- What you tell it about your business: the brand kit, facts and pages you add.
- Every draft, every approved piece of work and every earlier version, so you can go back.
- A record of each AI job: what it was for and how much AI it used.
Where it is kept
Today the app runs on a server I rent from Hetzner in Nuremberg, Germany, which can only be reached privately. Before launch Crierwick moves to a server of its own, kept apart from my other work. This page will name it.
Who can see it
Only the people in your workspace. A person in another workspace cannot open your drafts, files or usage. I can open it too, to run Crierwick and to put faults right, as the privacy notice says.
How your drafts are written
Drafts are written by an AI model: Anthropic's, when you use Crierwick's AI, or the AI company you connect with your own AI key. The facts and instructions for a job are sent to that company for that job only. The privacy notice names every company that handles your data.
How to delete it
Email hello@crierwick.com from the address you signed up with and I delete your workspace and everything in it. A Delete button in the app is planned; it is not built yet.
No tracking
This website loads nothing from any other company, sets no cookies and has no advertising or tracking. See the cookie notice.

Does anything go out without me?
No. Every draft waits in your review inbox until you approve it. A post or email you have not approved never goes.
