Marketplace terms
Last changed 27 October 2026. These terms cover helpers, skills and templates made by other people and listed in Crierwick.
The marketplace is not open yet
There is no marketplace in Crierwick today. These terms apply from the day it opens; until then, nothing on this page applies to you.
1. Definitions
The marketplace: the part of Crierwick where helpers, skills and templates made by people other than me can be listed and added to a workspace. A listing: one such helper, skill or template. A maker: whoever made a listing.
2. What the marketplace is
A listing is its maker's work, not mine. I can refuse a listing.
3. Using a listing
When you add a listing, you may use it in your own workspace for your own business. You may not sell it or pass it on.
4. Payments and refunds
While payments are switched off, every listing is free. Refunds are as the refunds page says.
5. Removing a listing
I can remove a listing that breaks these terms or the terms of service. Work you approved from it is yours, as section 8 of the terms says.
6. What a listing drafts
A draft from a listing can be wrong, like any AI draft. It waits for your approval, as section 3 of the terms says.
7. Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you approve and for where it goes.
8. Disclaimers
A listing comes from its maker. What I promise about Crierwick itself is in the terms.
9. Law and disputes
As section 12 of the terms: the law of England and Wales.
10. Changes to these terms
If I change these terms in a way that matters to you, I email you before the change applies, as section 11 of the terms says.
11. The terms of service still apply
The terms of service apply to the marketplace too.
