Terms for businesses in the EU and EEA
Last changed 27 October 2026. The money-back guarantee is the same everywhere: see the refunds page.
1. General
These terms are for businesses based in the European Union or the European Economic Area, and for people working for them. They are the terms of service, which apply in full; this page says how each part applies to you.
The agreement is made at a distance, on this website and in the app, between you and me, Benjamin Iannotta, trading as Crierwick from the UK. If I change these terms in a way that matters to you, I email you before the change applies, as section 11 of the terms says.
2. Your account
As section 2 of the terms: you sign in with a one-time link and no password, and you are responsible for the people you add to your workspace.
3. Using the services
As sections 3 to 5 of the terms: read every draft before you approve it, follow the rules of the services you connect, and keep to the list of what you must not do and to fair use.
4. Your content
What you put in, and the work you approve, is yours, as section 8 of the terms says.
5. Ending an account
As section 10 of the terms: I may suspend or end an account that breaks the terms, and I tell you why.
6. Linking to this site
You may link to any page of this website.
7. Links from this site
Pages on this site may link to other websites. I am not responsible for what they say.
8. Where it is offered
Crierwick is made for businesses in the UK and is written in English. A business in the EU or EEA may use it on these terms.
9. The AI that writes the drafts
Drafts are written by an Anthropic AI model, on your own Anthropic key or with Crierwick's AI. A draft can be wrong. Nothing is sent or posted until a person approves its exact words.
10. Fees and billing
Prices are in pounds, on the prices page, and VAT is added where it applies. Payment is not switched on yet. Cancelling and refunds are as section 7 of the terms and the refunds page.
11. No promise beyond the terms
I run Crierwick with care, but I cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, as section 9 of the terms says.
12. If something goes wrong
As section 9 of the terms: what I owe you is capped there, and nothing the law does not let me limit is limited.
13. What you answer for
You are responsible for the work you approve and for where it goes, as section 3 of the terms says.
14. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, as section 12 of the terms says.
15. Disputes
The courts of England and Wales decide any dispute. Before that, write to me about the problem.
16. If one part does not stand
If a court finds one part of these terms cannot apply, the other parts still do.
17. Other
What I keep about you, and why, is in the privacy notice. The companies that handle your data are on the list of companies, and the data processing terms apply. Email hello@crierwick.com.
